MOAA is an autonomous, nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to serving officers across all United States military branches, including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Public Health Service. Our community represents 350,000 members—ranging from active duty and retired personnel to former officers, National Guard, Reservists, and surviving spouses—along with their families. We engage directly with Congress, the Pentagon, the VA, and the Department of Homeland Security to champion and safeguard the essential benefits earned by our uniformed service members and veterans.
